Event Organizer: Investors of the Mediterranean
Welcome to the Annual Investors Congress 2026, taking place from June 5–7, 2026 in Istanbul, Turkey. AIC 2026 is a boutique, investor-only gathering connecting high-profile investors, family offices, sovereign funds, corporate VCs, and development finance institutions across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East — focused this year on the theme of Smart Cities: The Next Frontier for Global Investment.
Before securing your participation in this exclusive event, please carefully review the following terms and conditions that govern ticket sales and attendance.
1. Event Overview and Ticket Information
The Annual Investors Congress 2026 offers two distinct ticket categories. General Registration is priced at a maximum of €2,900, and General Registration with Hotel Accommodation is priced at a maximum of €3,200. Both ticket types feature a dynamic pricing structure that begins at 50% of the full price and increases weekly until reaching the maximum rate. This progressive pricing model rewards early commitment while ensuring fair access to all participants.
Our pricing structure reflects the premium nature of this event and the exceptional value delivered through carefully curated content, networking opportunities, and exclusive access to industry leaders and ecosystem stakeholders. Please note that all prices are subject to change based on demand and availability.
2. Purchase Policy and Commitment
We maintain a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy for all ticket purchases. Once your transaction is complete, your ticket purchase becomes final and binding. This policy applies universally, regardless of circumstances that may prevent attendance, including but not limited to visa complications, travel disruptions, personal or business emergencies, or failure to attend the event for any reason.
This firm policy allows us to guarantee the quality and exclusivity of the event while ensuring proper planning and resource allocation. We strongly encourage all potential attendees to carefully consider their ability to attend before completing their purchase.
3. Ticket Transfer and Name Changes
Tickets are issued as non-transferable instruments tied to the original purchaser. Name changes, transfers to third parties, or any form of ticket reassignment are strictly prohibited without explicit written approval from our organizing team. This policy ensures security, maintains our attendee verification processes, and preserves the intimate networking environment that defines the congress experience.
If exceptional circumstances require consideration of a transfer request, you must contact our team in writing well in advance of the event date. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval is entirely at the discretion of the organizer.
4. Entry Requirements and Identification
While we do not require identification checks for event entry, attendees should be prepared to provide identification when requested by hotels, travel providers, or other third-party services. For those who choose to book accommodation through our recommended partners or services arranged by the organizer, additional verification procedures may apply.
AIC 2026 is designed exclusively for investors, family offices, sovereign funds, corporate venture arms, government and development agency representatives, and senior ecosystem stakeholders. The organizer reserves the right to decline entry to any individual deemed not to meet the congress's professional criteria.
5. Unforeseen Circumstances and Force Majeure
We recognize that extraordinary circumstances beyond anyone's control can impact large-scale international events. In situations involving natural disasters, government restrictions, travel bans, labor strikes, acts of war or terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, or other force majeure events, the organizer reserves the right to modify the event format, postpone the dates, or cancel the congress entirely.
Should such circumstances arise, we will work diligently to communicate changes promptly and explore alternative solutions. However, the organizer cannot accept liability for circumstances beyond our control, and the no-refund policy remains in effect even in force majeure situations.
6. Media Rights and Privacy Considerations
The Annual Investors Congress 2026 generates significant media interest and provides valuable content for our investment community. By attending, you automatically grant the organizer comprehensive rights to record, photograph, and document the event, including your participation, image, voice, and likeness. This content may be used across our website, social media platforms, press releases, and future marketing materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded during the event, you must notify us in writing before the congress begins. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests while maintaining the overall documentation of the event.
7. Personal Property and Security
Attendees assume full responsibility for their personal belongings, valuables, and equipment throughout the duration of the congress. While we maintain appropriate security measures at our venues, the organizer cannot accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the event.
8. Professional Conduct Standards
The Annual Investors Congress 2026 maintains high standards for professional behavior and mutual respect among all participants. AIC 2026 brings together senior government representatives, institutional investors, corporate partners, and multilateral agency leaders. Conduct that undermines the professional or collaborative atmosphere may result in immediate removal from the event without warning and without any refund consideration.
9. Event Modifications and Flexibility
We reserve the right to make changes to various aspects of the congress, including venue locations, scheduling, speaker lineup, roundtable topics, session formats, optional tours, or overall event structure. These modifications may occur without advance notice and are made in the best interest of all attendees.
10. Data Protection and Confidentiality
By registering for AIC 2026, you consent to the organizer collecting and processing your personal and professional data solely for the purposes of event administration, networking facilitation, and post-event communications. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of the event's operational partners without your explicit consent.
Given the private, investor-only nature of AIC 2026, attendees agree to treat all investment discussions, deal information, and proprietary content shared during roundtables, one-to-one meetings, and sessions as confidential.
11. Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes or legal matters arising from ticket purchases or event attendance fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts in Istanbul.
